A £20 booking fee is required to secure your first appointment. This fee is non-refundable and must be paid at the time of booking via bank transfer.

Appointment changes: Where possible, I will do my best to accommodate changes to your appointment. A minimum of 2 weeks’ notice is required in order to transfer your booking fee to a new date. Please note it is your responsibility to avoid double-booking yourself or scheduling other commitments (such as holidays or hen parties) that may clash with your fitting appointments.

If you fail to attend your first appointment, your booking fee will be forfeited. It is the client’s responsibility to attend all scheduled fittings. Please note that missing fittings may affect the quality and timing of the finished garment, and future claims regarding satisfaction cannot be upheld if fittings are missed.
If you fail to attend your appointment rebooking is permitted but will require payment of a new booking fee. All rebooked appointments are subject to availability.

The full time slot allocated for your appointment is required to properly assess and pin your dress. If you arrive 10 minutes or more late for your first appointment, I reserve the right to consider the appointment cancelled, and the booking fee will be forfeited.
If you fail to attend your appointment or are too late for it to proceed, rebooking is permitted but will require payment of a new booking fee. All rebooked appointments are subject to availability.

Cancelling with less than 2 weeks’ notice before your first appointment will result in the loss of the booking fee. Deposits are non-transferable to other appointments if requested within this period.
If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours’ notice you may incur a £50 cancellation fee.

In the event of a wedding cancellation or postponement, payment is required for all work completed. Dresses must be collected within 4 weeks of completion. Dresses not collected after this period will incur a £35 per week storage fee, up to a maximum of 12 weeks (84 days/3 months)

Alterations will only be carried out on clean garments. If your dress is pre-loved, please ensure it has been dry-cleaned or washed prior to your first fitting.

It is the client’s responsibility to bring the shoes and any undergarments to be worn on the day to every fitting. Hem alterations cannot be completed without your shoes, and an additional appointment charge of £50 may apply if a further appointment is required.
The client must notify the seamstress during the fitting if the dress does  not feel right. The seamstress cannot be held responsible for fit issues that are not communicated during the appointment.

It is the client’s responsibility to be at their goal weight for the first fitting and to maintain it for subsequent fittings. If there are measurement fluctuations between fittings, additional charges may apply for any extra work or additional alterations required to adjust the dress.
